Vendor's Showcase

Wednesday, April 2 | Fiesta Ballroom | 5 - 7 pm

This is your chance to display your products and services to the decision makers in our industry. This two-hour hosted cocktail party with heavy hors d'oeuvres will be the kick-off to an open evening. You're sure to have a captive audience!

Trade Show Booths are now SOLD OUT!

SHIPPING & ORDER INFORMATION

Vendors can choose to either ship materials to Omni Rancho Las Palmas directly (see below) or to Steele Tradeshows through their portal.


To ship to Omni Rancho Las Palmas:


  • Packages may be delivered to the Property within forty-eight (48) hours of Arrival Date. Packages or materials of excessive weight or value must be approved for receipt by Hotel prior to shipping. 
  • There will be a $7.50 per box incoming and $7.50 outgoing handling charge for all boxes processed by Hotel’s Security Department. Each pallet or crate delivered to the Property is subject to a $100.00 handling charge. 
  • Shipping and receiving hours are 24 hours Monday through Friday. Any boxes received or shipped on Saturday or Sunday will incur an incoming and outgoing $7.50 per box handling fee. 
  • Should special arrangements for delivery be necessary, please contact Group’s Conference Services Manager. The following information must be on all packages to ensure proper delivery:

  • A storage fee of $7.50 per box per day will apply for any boxes received prior to forty-eight (48) hours of Arrival Date. This storage fee will also apply to each empty packing container stored during the Event. Hotel is not in any way liable for the contents of these packages.

ELECTRICAL, INTERNET, AUDIO VISUAL

All orders for electrical, internet or audio visual must be made in advance through the hotel’s exclusive provider, Pinnacle Live. Visit their website to order and pay for these services.

    A total of 36 booths are available.

    Booths are 10 x 10, with pipe and drape in-between.

    One 6’ skirted table and 2 chairs at each booth.

    Booth cost is $1,000.

    Booth space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.


    VENDOR SET-UP / TEAR DOWN INFORMATION

    A sign with your company name on it will be placed in your booth to help you identify your location.


    The Fiesta Ballroom will be ready for your set-up beginning at 1:00 pm (no earlier, please) until the doors open at 5:00 pm.


    Tear-down of your booth must be completed by Midnight on Wednesday, April 2. The hotel is not responsible for the safekeeping of equipment, supplies, written material or any other valuable items left in function rooms by vendors.
