A total of 30 booths are available.
Booths are 10 x 10, with pipe and drape in-between.
One 6’ skirted table and 2 chairs at each booth.
Booth cost is $1,000.00.
Booth space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
VENDOR SET-UP / TEAR DOWN INFORMATION
A sign with your company name on it will be placed in your booth to help you identify your location.
The Bayview Rooms will be ready for your set-up beginning at 1:00 pm (no earlier, please) until the doors open at 5:00 pm.
Tear-down of your booth must be completed by Midnight on Wednesday, June 12. The hotel is not responsible for the safekeeping of equipment, supplies, written material or any other valuable items left in function rooms by vendors.
