TUESDAY-FRIDAY Ladies' Spa Appointments

Our lady attendees are invited to treat themselves to a relaxing appointment at the Spa Coeur d'Alene. Each lady who is a registered attendee of the convention can choose one treatment from the following list:
• 50 minute Swedish Massage
• 50 minute Customized Facial
• 80 minute Northwest Manicure/Pedicure combination

Appointment times are available beginning on Tuesday, June 11 through Friday, June 14. These treatments are available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, on a first-come, first-served basis. When you submit your convention registration form to the R2C2 office, ladies who have signed up for a spa appointment will receive e-mail instructions on scheduling their treatment directly with the spa. The deadline to make your spa appointment is June 1, after which time our blocked appointments will be released. Charges for your appointment, including gratuity, will be billed directly to R2C2. R2C2 is pleased to provide one of the above spa services per lady. Should you wish to upgrade your complimentary service or book additional appointments, those charges will be billed to your individual portfolio. Please note that spa attendees must be at least 18 years old. The spa requires that cancellations or appointment reschedules be made at least 7 days in advance. Day of appointment changes cannot be granted. Sorry, but appointments are for registered ladies only, and are not transferrable to any other person!

WEDNESDAY Golf Tournament

Home of the Floating Green, the Coeur d'Alene Golf & Spa Resort has spared nothing to deliver the ultimate golf experience, once described as "America's Most Beautiful Resort Golf Course" by Golf Digest. As a golfer, your experience begins with a thrilling high-speed ride in a sleek mahogany boat, whisking you across the waters of Lake Coeur d’Alene to a land of meticulously manicured fairways—and that's just the beginning. Gorgeous lake views on nearly every hole await, with every feature—from hole design to luxury carts and personalized forecaddie service—all expertly curated and attended to.

Fees – $300/golfer

Golf fees include:
• 1 round of golf with cart and range balls
• Forecaddie service for each group, including gratuity (see details below)
• Bottled water on carts
• Sponsored continental breakfast
• Sponsored box lunch
• Sponsored beverage cart
• Sponsored tee prizes for every golfer
• Cash prizes and trophies for each flight and contests

Flights

You will be assigned to one of these flights when you sign up:
• Net 15 and under handicap flight (requires a handicap), or
• Net 16 and over handicap flight (requires a handicap), or
• Four-person scramble (requires an average score)

Contests

Contests include Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin for both men and lady golfers.

Course Transport

Climb aboard the Eagle or Double Eagle, Coeur d’Alene’s 16-passenger water taxis. Crafted from hand-carved mahogany, these two Stancraft 30-foot beauties leave the Resort on the hour and the half-hour to whisk your group on a breathtaking 7-minute trip over to the Golf course.

Club Transport

Upon arrival at The Resort for check-in, the Bell Desk team will automatically transfer golf clubs to the golf course where they are cleaned and securely stored until play. The next time golfers see their clubs, they’ll be pre-loaded on a custom deluxe golf cart, ready to head to the practice tee with your assigned forecaddie. Please note that the U.S. Coast Guard regulations do not permit golf clubs on the resort lake shuttle boats. Golf clubs may also be shipped directly to the golf course property with Ship Sticks, the resort’s exclusive golf equipment shipping partner.

Forecaddies

At The Coeur d’Alene Resort, forecaddies are trained to excel with on-course service and course knowledge to enhance the golf experience. Golfers are greeted at the golf course dock by their forecaddie upon arrival in one of the resort water taxis. Forecaddies then accompany golfers to the Pro Shop and, from there, on to their custom luxury golf carts—where players’ golf equipment is cleaned and pre-loaded—to quickly proceed to the over-water practice tees.

Club Rentals

A limited number of rentals are available for $70 + tax each, and must be paid for by each individual golfer. Contact Kelley Versteegh in advance at 916-268-7452 or kelley@resourcecoalition.org to arrange for rentals. Please specify men's or women's right or left hand. Men's sets have the additional option of regular or stiff flex shafts.

Attire

Appropriate golf attire is strictly enforced. Collared shirt or mocks are mandatory for men. Denim blue jeans, tank tops without sleeves, tee shirts, jogging or gym shorts, cut-offs, halter tops or bathing suits are not permitted. Shirts must be worn at all times. Golf shoes with soft spikes or tennis shoes are acceptable. Bare feet, flip-flops, and baseball or track-style cleats are not acceptable.

Disorderly Conduct

Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated, and the golf course reserves the right to remove any person it deems as disorderly from the premises to protect its personnel and property. Golfers are expected to play at an appropriate pace, replace divots, repair ball marks, rake bunkers and operate the golf carts in a safe and professional manner. You must have a valid driver's license to drive a golf cart.

Gratuities

Please remember to tip the range attendants appropriately.
