Room, tax, and surcharges will be pre-paid at the time of check-in. Early check-outs must be confirmed at the time of check-in. Changes made after that time will result in a forfeiture of the room, tax and surcharge prepayment and will not be refunded.
No show reservations will be charged the cost of the entire stay to the guest credit card on file as a cancellation fee.
Self-parking fees are $19 per car, per night. Valet parking fees are $23 per car, per night.
Individual gratuities are at your discretion. Suggested gratuity is $2.00 per room per day for Housekeeping, and $12 per person for porterage, round trip.
Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 11 am. Luggage can be secured and stored for guests arriving before 4 pm or leaving after 11 am. A half-day rate may apply if guest does not check out by 11 am.
The guest room cancellation policy is 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax and surcharge.
